Ellis Engineering Srl si fa promotrice di una cultura del libero confronto, essendo convinta che la prevenzione dei rischi passi anche tramite un dialogo costruttivo, dal quale peraltro sempre possono emergere nuovi stimoli e opportunità di miglioramento.
Nonostante l’impegno quotidiano di tutti in Ellis Engineering, la Società è consapevole che in una struttura complessa può non essere sempre facile, per le più svariate ragioni, segnalare irregolarità e confrontarsi apertamente su temi delicati.
Perciò, in conformità a quanto previsto dal d.lgs. 24/2023, Ellis Engineering ha istituito un apposito canale attraverso cui è possibile, a determinate condizioni, effettuare segnalazioni interne mantenendo riservata la propria identità e ha adottato una Procedura in cui sono precisati i presupposti e le modalità per l’effettuazione e la gestione delle segnalazioni.
In particolare, eventuali segnalazioni potranno essere effettuate tramite la piattaforma My Whisteblowing, raggiungibile cliccando qui, e verranno gestite, nel rispetto degli obblighi di riservatezza previsti per legge, dall’Organismo di vigilanza della Società.
Per ulteriori informazioni sulle violazioni di legge che possono essere oggetto di segnalazione, sulle modalità operative di effettuazione e gestione della stessa, nonché sulle tutele riconosciute al segnalante, alle persone a questi connesse o comunque coinvolte nella segnalazione, si rinvia alla Whistleblowing policy di Ellis Engineering.
Ellis Engineering Srl promotes a culture of free discussion, being convinced that risk prevention also requires constructive dialogue, from which new stimuli and opportunities for improvement can always emerge.
Despite everyone’s daily commitment at Ellis Engineering, the company is aware that in a complex structure it may not always be easy, for various reasons, to report irregularities and openly discuss delicate issues.
Therefore, in compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 24/2023, Ellis Engineering has established a specific channel through which people can, under certain conditions, make internal reports while keeping their identity confidential, and has adopted a Procedure that specifies the prerequisites and methods for making and managing reports.
In particular, any reports may be made via the My Whisteblowing platform, which can be reached by clicking here, and will be managed, in compliance with the confidentiality obligations established by law, by the company’s Supervisory Body.
